On November 2nd, 2024, the Adinda Bakrie Foundation hosted a Talkshow entitled “Bicara Perempuan: Perempuan Bisa.” The event featured three female speakers from diverse professions: Shaffa Zahwa, a female Minegem Operator at PT. Freeport Indonesia; Vivi Hastuti, a female Firefighter at the Fire and Rescue Department of Bogor City; and Rachel Eleeza Coloay, a female Pilot.
During the Talkshow, the speakers shared their experiences as women working in professions that are traditionally dominated by men. The event was complemented by the presence of Reika Wardhani, M.Psi., Psikolog., a Psychologist from Personal Growth, who provided insightful commentary and inspiration for the audience.
